The Rueter-Hess Incline between Parker and Castle Rock is a nice outdoor exercise area that will challenge you with a steep incline.
The Peaks Trail travels from Frisco to Breckenridge and offers some amazing views, a mountain lake and creek lining one side of the trail.
Crags Trail is a beautiful moderately challenging hike through a forest and valley surrounded by rock spires and formations.
