They say that the hardest step to take is the first step. It can be hard to get started on an exercise, workout, or hiking program. I was in the same spot and decided to check out some expert opinions. I spoke to physical therapists, nutritionists, meteorologists and more in building this series. The goal of the posts is to get you started in the right way. Now you have some Getting Started Tips so hopefully, that will lead to some great results out on the trail.
These tips are not everything you might need to know but should give you a good start. I am always looking for new topics so if you have some ideas make sure you reach out and let me know what you are wondering about. I will try to track down an expert and get your questions answered!
