The Timberline Trial hike is a shorter hike to a beautiful lake near Leadville. The big lake is one of my favorites with many areas to enjoy.
Pennsylvania Mountain is a 13,022 foot summit with amazing views of the surrounding mountains but the elevation gains will make you earn it.
A somewhat hidden gem in the Colorado Hiking playbook is Ruby Gulch trail stacked with wildflowers, stream crossings and great mountain views.
