The Spruce Mountain Loop in Larkspur is a nice hike with a mix of woods and mountain terrain and typically nice views of the area.
Sandstone Ranch Open Space: Ranch Overlook
Sandstone Ranch Open Space is a large open area with big views to enjoy. The trail is on the easier side so most should be able to enjoy it.
