Foodie – Tusayan

After my sunrise at the Grand Canyon and Ooh Aah Point I was definitely needing a bite to eat. I made my way back to Grand Canyon Village and was instantly drawn to the Foodie Club sign. There is something about a big sign that always gets me and they looked like one of the few places open for breakfast.

The Foodie Club looks like something with art from an Archie and Jughead comic book.

The Foodie Club was actually pretty cool on the inside. It was half convenient store and half diner. I was very excited about finding some Gatorade to get rehydrated.

The Food

Foodie Club does all day breakfast but also has several lunch and sandwich options. I was there early and decided on the All American Breakfast. The All American came with choice of eggs, choice of meat, potato’s and toast.

I went with the scrambled and bacon and the meal was just what I was looking for. First it came out really fast which was great because I was starving. The bacon was cooked just like I enjoy it and not too crunchy. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the potato’s and toast got the carbs back and ready for the rest of the day.

Finding Foodie Club

If you hike the Grand Canyon and are looking for a nice quick place to get some good food and rehydrated give Foodie a shot. They are located at 400 AZ-64, Tusayan in Arizona. They are near the roundabout that takes you from the hotels to the Grand Canyon.

I have added this restaurant and all of the restaurants I have been to on my interactive map that you can find here. If you have a suggestion for a restaurant or any comments feel free to email me at fatmanlittletrails@gmail.com or you can follow me on any of the below social media platforms. Bon Appetit!

Help Me Help a Small Business

Unlike some other bloggers, I never ask for discounted or free meals on my site. I think it is important, especially now, to support our local restaurants and small business owners. It does get expensive though and I am just a small business myself so if you are willing to help me out by making a donation below I would greatly appreciate it and be able to continue to bring you the content you love!
