Utah National Parks
Last month when I was planning out the Great Southwestern Road Trip I realized how many national parks were located in Southern Utah. Since I hadn’t spent much time thinking about Southern Utah this piqued my interest. So I did what any irresponsible blogger does and planned a second trip!
This trip I focused on the National Parks and it did not disappoint. Over the next few weeks I will bring you my amazing trip including:
- 4 National Parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Bryce Canyon)
- 1 National Monument (Colorado National Monument)
- 2 Historic Sites (Doc Holliday Grave and Butch Cassady Childhood home)
- My first slot canyon
- A quick stay in Ouray and Telluride back in Colorado
Some Highlights of trip to the Utah National Parks

Amazing Rock Formations
And of course my first trip to a slot canyon!
So make sure you keep checking back often to get all of the latest updates on the Utah National Parks! You can also follow on social media to keep the conversations going!

Looking forward to hearing about this trip! Were you able to make it to Jacob Hamblin’s Arch (aka Lobo Arch)? It looks like it would be interesting to see.
I will have to check my notes but I don’t think I made that one
