Breckenridge Brewery
While looking for some of the great fall colors around Breckenridge and Boreas Pass I started to get a bit hungry. I didn’t have to look far for where I wanted to eat. Located on Main Street in Breckenridge is the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub and it was a perfect spot for my post hike meal.
The Breckenridge brewery has locations in Breck and in Littleton. They are known for the craft beers but also have a full menu for the those looking for a bite to eat.

The Food
I was still only halfway through my day so I couldn’t focus on the main draw of the brewery but I figured I would try the next best thing. I went with the “Famous fish and chips” which is fresh cod battered in Avalanche Ale served on a bed of fries. Tartar sauce and slaw finish off the meal.
I really enjoyed these fish and chips. The batter was really good with the locally crafted beer batter. The breading was really good. It was thick but not so thick that you couldn’t taste the fish. The fish was cooked really well. The meal came with two really good sized filets and it really filled me up.
The slaw was crisp and cool and very refreshing after the fried fish. The tartar sauce was really creamy and had a bit of a sweet taste to it that I enjoyed. I definitely understand why this fish is described as “famous”!

If you are in the Breckenridge or Littleton area and are looking for a real good meal and great craft beer, the Breckenridge Brewery might be the perfect for you.
Finding the Breckenridge Brewery in Breckenridge
The Breckenridge Brewery is located at 600 South Main Street in Breckenridge. That is kind of on the south end of the main strip in Breckenridge. What I found the biggest challenge was finding parking but there are several spots around the area available. You may have to pay a bit to be close though.
I have added this restaurant and all of the restaurants I have been to on my interactive map that you can find here. If you have a suggestion for a restaurant or any comments feel free to email me at fatmanlittletrails@gmail.com or you can follow me on any of the below social media platforms. Bon Appetit!
Help Me Help a Small Business
Unlike some other bloggers, I never ask for discounted or free meals on my site. I think it is important, especially now, to support our local restaurants and small business owners. It does get expensive though and I am just a small business myself so if you are willing to help me out by making a donation below I would greatly appreciate it and be able to continue to bring you the content you love!

I love this place! If you ever have a chance to make it to the Littleton one, they have a giant outdoor seating area with a view.
Oh that is good to know! I will have to check it out!
That fish and chips looks amazing! Thanks for sharing and making my mouth water!
