Wasatch Brew Pub Park City
My first trip to Park City was really enjoyable and I loved their downtown strip. Like many ski/mountain towns it was full of small shops and unique restaurants. After walking the strip and taking in the sights for a bit I made my way to the Wasatch Brew Pub near the end of the road.

The Wasatch Brew Pub was in a really cool Blue building with a nice little outdoor patio which was perfect on a lovely evening.
The Food
Now for the important part…the Food! We found a spot on the patio. The restaurant was busy even on a weekday but we got a table pretty quick. The menu had pizza, burgers, sandwiches and traditional pub favorites like fish and chips. We decided to start with a plate of the fried pickles as an appetizer. The pickle chips were really good. Lightly breaded with the pickles still firm. A great little snack to get the meal started.

For the main dish I went with the steak sandwich. The steak sandwich was sauteed Niman Ranch top sirloin tips, arugula, mushroom gravy, onions, and swiss, with a horseradish sauce on ciabatta bread. The steak was really tender and cooked well. I really liked the mushroom gravy. It was rich but it wasn’t smothered and had just a light coating which really accented the meat well. The swiss melted down and attached itself to every bite. A little kick from the horseradish finished off each piece of this really enjoyable sandwich.

I really liked my meal at the Wasatch Brew Pub. The outdoor seating on the main social spot in Winter Park was great and the food was top notch. If you are looking at a good spot to unwind after a day on the trail or the slopes, give the Wasatch Brew Pub a shot.
Finding the Wasatch Brew Pub
The Wasatch Brew Pub is located at 250 Main St. in Park City. There is a bit of street parking in front but you may have to park in one of the nearby public parking garages as it gets busy. The walk to restaurant is fun if you have to park in a garage with plenty of shops and touristy things to look at on Main Street.
I have added this restaurant and all of the restaurants I have been to on my interactive map that you can find here. If you have a suggestion for a restaurant or any comments feel free to email me at fatmanlittletrails@gmail.com or you can follow me on any of the below social media platforms. Bon Appetit!
Help Me Help a Small Business
Unlike some other bloggers, I never ask for discounted or free meals on my site. I think it is important, especially now, to support our local restaurants and small business owners. It does get expensive though and I am just a small business myself so if you are willing to help me out by making a donation below I would greatly appreciate it and be able to continue to bring you the content you love!
