Moab Brewery
The is so much to do in and around Moab when it comes to recreation, some people forget that there are some really cool places to enjoy within the town as well. One of those places is the Moab Brewery! The Moab Brewery had 11 craft brews available, a full bar and menu and everything you would want in a neighborhood brewery!

The Food!
Now to the important part…The Food! Along with the extensive beer menu, The Moab Brewery has an extensive food menu. There are options like quesadillas and chicken wing appetizers. Plus, salads, burgers and sandwiches and pasta’s and even some bbq available at dinner. I decided to go with the Brewhouse burger. The Brewhouse came with Hatch Green Chili, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Jack Cheese and aioli. The burger also came with a side of fries.

The burger was really juicy and nice. It was more wide and thin than thick which helped hold all of the toppings. The Green Chili was really big and they didn’t skimp. I really enjoyed the chili. It had a hint of sweetness and a little kick at the end but not really spicy and tasted super fresh! The bacon was crispy and the aioli was really good. The bun was a bit thin and fell apart a bit with all the juice from the burger but overall this was really good. If you find yourself in Moab, give the Moab Brewery a shot!
