Outside Festival 2025
If you are looking for something to do in the Denver area this weekend, the Outside Festival 2025 has you covered. Outside Festival is a wonderful way to kick off the festival season with live music, some of the top outdoor brands showcasing their new products, plenty of activities for the whole family, and pretty much anything else you might want to kick off the summer!
What is Outside Festival?
I think of Outside Festival as a collaboration of the outdoors and art. It is a music festival, an outdoor film festival, and a summer kick off all in one. Outside has an outdoor influence with well known guest speakers who have accomplished amazing feats in nature. The festival also celebrates outdoor brands, big and small, who showcase their new products and gear. Its almost like 3 festivals and trade show all wrapped up together in a great location in Denver.
Where is Outside Festival?
Outside Festival is located in Denver, Colorado at Civic Center park. The speaker series, Ideas, will be at the Denver Art Museum on 14th and the film festival portion will be at the Denver Public library, also on 14th Street. There is no dedicated parking for the festival so public transportation would be a great idea. There is some parking around in garage’s and lots and even some street parking but it will fill up fast.
When is Outside Festival?
The Outside Festival will be held Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st from 1pm – 10pm
The box office will be open at 12 noon on those Saturday and Sunday and open from 12-8pm on Friday, May 30th.
Who will be at Outside Festival?
There is a huge lineup of bands performing at this years Outside Festival. Khruangbin, Sylvan Esso, Neal Francis and Husbands will all performing on Saturday. Sunday’s lineup includes, Lord Huron, Trampled by Turtles, Waxahatchee, Hazlett and more.
Guest speakers include: David Blaine, Diana Nyad, Alex Honnold, Emily Harrington, Conrad Anker, Ian Walsh, Selema Masekela and so many more.

How can I attend Outside Festival?
There are a ton of ticket options available to attend the Festival. Single day VIP or two Day VIP passes. GA and GA Plus tickets are available for single day or both days as well.

GA tickets will include the live music on the main stage including the headliners. Access to the film festival and speakers, access to the grounds to see all of the brands and gear that is available. Free water stations and more. Also, children under 12 get free admission with a ticketed adult.
GA Plus will include all the above and also include access the GA+/Outside+ lounge for a more relaxed atmosphere, express entry, access to private restroom, access to private food and bar locations. and a 1 year subscription to Outside +.
VIP Tickets include all the benefits of the GA tickets but also have prime VIP viewing and hospitality near the main stage, unlimited VIP re-entry, private and air-conditioned restrooms and more.

Why Should I go to Outside Festival?
The Outdoor Festival is a really fun time. I went last year to the first festival and had a great time. There were a ton of brands there to show off all their new products, they were even selling stuff right at their booths. The music was a good mix, a little something for everyone. They even start the festival with a giant yoga session from the main stage. The outdoor related films and guest speakers are a must if you are love the outdoors. They tell amazing stories that show the wonders of world, and the people who conquer them. It is a great way to kick off the summer, with some great music, local food all wrapped around a theme of the outdoors.
