Fire House BBQ
Fire House BBQ is a smaller shop in Glendale, popular for pick-up and delivery, that also has a few tables to dine in on a small patio. While I originally thought it was more of a fast food style place, it turned out to serve custom grilled food with a quiet and calm atmosphere.
The Food!
Now to the important part…The Food! Fire House BBQ has a large menu that includes offerings like Pizza but also kebab’s, chops, wraps and BBQ plates. I went with the Chicken Shawarma plate and I have to say I was really blown away.
My Chicken Shawarma came with rice, a grilled jalapeno and tomato and cold veggie salad. the chicken was flavored really well and cooked with a bit of char that was like eating at a backyard BBQ and brought all those good feelings. The sauce had a subtle sweetness to it that I really enjoyed. The salad was really good and I liked the cold, crisp veggies. Overall it was a delicious meal that I really enjoyed! If you find yourself around the Glendale area, make sure to give Fire House BBQ a shot!
Finding Fire House BBQ
Fire House BBQ is located at 2527 Canada Blvd in Glendale, CA. There is a small parking lot in front of the restaurant and it looked like some street parking nearby. Fire House BBQ is open from 11am – 9pm Tuesday – Sunday, closed on Monday.
