10 Barrel Brewing
10 Barrel Brewing is a large brewery and restaurant located in downtown Boise, Idaho. The 10 Barrel Brewery is located on Bannock street and on my visit, was full of families enjoying the Fourth of July weekend downtown. There is some outdoor seating and a large restaurant and bar area inside of the corner location.
The Food!
Now to the important part…The Food! 10 Barrel Brewing has an assortment of burgers and sandwiches, as well as some really good pizza. They also have salads and deserts and fairly large selection of options for food. I went with the Amigo burger. The Amigo has bacon, goat cheese, orange Harrisa sauce, mayo, cowboy candy, and greens on a Tuscan bun. It also came with fries.

The burger was thick and juicy and really good. The Harissa Sauce was nice and sweet and the goat cheese was really soft. I really liked the goat cheese, it was a little sharp but not too rich. Paired with the sweet sauce was really good. I also really like the Cowboy Candy, a little spicy surprise of pickled jalapeno’s, that all seemed to be in the middle of the burger so it was a great little spice hit as I made my way to the middle. I really liked the burger! If you find yourself in Boise, make sure to give 10 Barrel Brewing a shot!
