Comfort Zones can be important in making us feel good and safe, but stepping out of our comfort zones can make the real difference.

The Block

We all struggle with the Block from time to time, whether it is writer’s block or the pause of doubt on the middle of a hike.

Selective Amnesia

The mind can play tricks at times but no more often than on a trail you have hiked before. Selective Amnesia must be real, for me at least!
