After hikes at Bryce Canyon I was looking for a nice meal and Cowboy’s Buffet and Steak Room was up to the task with a steak and the sides.
Rim Rock Inn – Torrey
The Rim Rock Inn is located just outside of of Capitol Reef. It is a quaint place that was perfect for a quick night between hikes.
