After hikes at Bryce Canyon I was looking for a nice meal and Cowboy’s Buffet and Steak Room was up to the task with a steak and the sides.
The Rim Rock Inn is located just outside of of Capitol Reef. It is a quaint place that was perfect for a quick night between hikes.
The Pioneer Kitchen outside of Capitol Reef National Park has breakfasts and dinners with good food and an old west charm.
