The historic Castle Cafe in Castle Rock was full of ambiance and good food. The burger was exactly what I needed after a long hike.

I had no cell signal to search and thought I might have to do a hike with no food! Then like an oasis in the dessert I saw the sign for the Sit N Bull Saloon.

I have to start by saying the people running the Wood Cellar Bar and Grill are the nicest people and I will explain why. Nobody ever accused the Fatman as being the sharpest marble in the shed
