Little Victories

Sometimes we lose the concept of little victories to keep us moving forward, but I found them again through hiking.

Foot on Dirt

After taking time away from the outdoors that first step, the first foot on dirt moment is enough to have all the benefits come rushing back.

Bad Vibes

We all have those moments that just don’t feel right. We aren’t sure what the feeling is or where it came from we just know we bad vibes.
