Down the road from Bryce Canyon is the Bryce Sunset Inn. The menu varies so I found it best to just take the owner’s advice on what to order.

After hikes at Bryce Canyon I was looking for a nice meal and Cowboy’s Buffet and Steak Room was up to the task with a steak and the sides.
