The Canyon Steak and Waffle House in Moab was a great way to get a long day of hiking started. They had great food and fun vibe right in town.

The 19th St. Diner had the classic feel of a 1950’s diner mixed with a small sports bar vibe. The food was classic diner and was delicious.
