On a trip to Elizabeth, Colorado I found Buzzard’s Big Mouth Pizza which combined two of my passions, food and baseball!
The Guanella Pass Brewery in Empire is in a historic building with a great story. The food was perfect for a post hike meal!
You can’t spend too much time in the mountains without trying the iconic Colorado Mountain Pizza from Beau Jo’s.
