Close to Waterton Canyon and Roxborough State Park is Waterton Tavern. A nice locally owned tavern that got me hooked with the fried mushrooms and left me thinking of the house special coleslaw.
Conifer Cafe – Conifer
The Conifer Cafe in Conifer, Colorado was a nice cafe that served up some Elk Sausage and biscuits and Gravy for brunch.
