The Canyon Steak and Waffle House in Moab was a great way to get a long day of hiking started. They had great food and fun vibe right in town.
The Conifer Cafe in Conifer, Colorado was a nice cafe that served up some Elk Sausage and biscuits and Gravy for brunch.
A Shell-Less Taco and Eggs and Biscuits and gravy were exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
