The historic El Rancho in Evergreen has been around since 1948. There is a cool classic vibe and homemade food was a perfect post hike meal.

Lu’s Main Street Café in Blanca has a nice mix of Mexican and American fare. I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was perfect post hike.
